An empty world

There is this awkard silence around. Everyday just teaches me, no one just gives a shit to what you do or what you are willing to do for them. I think my belief for living one day at a time as it comes, works the best. Live life each day and if you can make one face smile, one heart happy, its a life lived. I think its the most unselfish way to live, after all youare asking nothing in return.
When you can reach that selfless attitude in life, you will never be sad. Life is cool on the academic front and thats the best part. I think I have some people who will always need me, who have some dreams for me and I can surely give them that smile they always deserved.

You mattered

You talk to me,

But there is silence to see.

You walk with me,

But there is no movement to be.

You kiss to say;

You care so much.

I smile to feel;

How cold is your touch.

All around its you;

But doesn’t seem to be true.

I see you drifting away,

“Please don’t go”, I wouldn’t say.

Seems you have never been with me,

So this time I am happy flying free.

In my heart, deep inside;

Where I hide,

I wish it all mattered,

I wish, this shook us, it shattered.
