One thing in life

One thing in life, that she lived for,

One thing, that she adored.

One thing, she waited for seven years.

Losing it was more than just fear.

She was standing against the wind,

Just, so that she could wear his ring.

How could you take it from her?

One thing, which was life and more.

All day long, her eyes were wet,

She knew, that one thing, she will never get.

She smiles, when you meet her,

Only saying, it’s no life dear.

Her dreams are all shattered,

Nothing today really matters.

Could you give her so much pain?

And leave her alone in the rain.
